Our Autumn 2019 Gin is created using the same base as our Roots of Ruin Gin but features seasonal botanicals that are reminiscent of classic autumn botanicals.

Botanicals – Juniper, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, White Sage, Ginger Root, Pink Peppercorn, and Cassia Bark

Aroma – Eucalyptus and clove up front, with notes of sweet floral, light candied cinnamon, lemon zest and pine.

Spearmint and stone fruit initially, shifting to light lemon peel and finally building to spicy clove, rich savory cinnamon, ginger and hints of pepper.Woodsy with a subtle and complex spice background that is rounded out by sweet tea, citrus, and just a hint of smoke

Finish – Cooling up front, slowly warming to spruce and finishing with the slight spicy heat of cinnamon and clove.
