Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Rise Seasonal Gin
• 1 oz Lillet Blanc (or Cocchi Americano)
• 0.5 oz Saler’s Apertivo (or Suze)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and mix for about 15 seconds. Pour over ice in a Rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
