Thai Basil Gimlet


  • 1.5 oz Harvest Seasonal Gin
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Thai Basil Simple Syrup*



Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for ten seconds and double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Thai Basil leaf.


*Thai Basil Simple Syrup Recipe:

  • 8 oz Water
  • 8 oz Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Thai Basil Leaves

Heat water with sugar on low heat until the sugar dissolves. Then add Thai Basil and heat on low for 5 minutes. Strain off Thai Basil leaves and store syrup in a refrigerator for up to one week.
