  • 1.5 Oz Castle & Key Bourbon 
  • 0.75 Oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 Oz Chamomile Syrup* 
  • 0.75 Oz Cointreau 
  • 0.5 Oz Sparkling White Wine


Combine all ingredients except sparkling white wine into a tin shaker with ice, shake, double strain into a coup glass, top with sparkling white wine, garnish and adore. 

*Chamomile Syrup

Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup white sugar, heat until sugar completely dissolves, remove from heat, add 1 Tablespoon of dried chamomile for 5 minutes, strain off solids, let chill. Refrigerate for up to one week.
