Rhubarb Gin Julep


  • 2 oz Rise Seasonal Gin
  • 0.75 oz Rhubarb Simple Syrup*
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 8 Mint Leaves



Combine ingredients in a julep cup and gently muddle mint. Add crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig or florals of your choosing.

*Rhubarb Simple Syrup Recipe: 

  • 8 oz Fresh Rhubarb (cut in pieces)
  • 10 oz Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Heat all ingredients in a saucepan and let simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.
