New York Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Castle & Key Bourbon
  • 0.75 Oz simple syrup (50:50 water & sugar) 
  • 0.75 Oz lemon juice 
  • 0.5 Oz red wine floater (to float pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon) 

Instructions

Add the first three ingredients into a tin shaker with ice, shake hard, double strain into your favorite parfait glass, and top with a red wine floater. Cheers!
