  • 0.75 oz Harvest Seasonal Gin
  • 0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 0.75 oz Benedictine Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Absinthe Rinse



Take a chilled Coupe glass, rinse with absinthe, and set aside. Then in a chilled cocktail shaker with ice, add the gin, Lillet, Benedictine, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until cocktail is well chilled and incorporated. Double strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon peel.
