Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Rise Seasonal Gin or Roots of Ruin
- 0.5 oz Carpano Bianco
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup*
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer until raspberries are cooked down and falling apart. Double strain to remove solids and refrigerate for up to one week.

- 6oz fresh raspberries (1 clamshell)
- 6oz water
- 6oz granulated sugar
