  • 1.5 oz Rise Seasonal Gin or Roots of Ruin Gin
  • 0.5 oz Carpano Bianco
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup*
  • 1 Egg White



Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer until raspberries are cooked down and falling apart. Double strain to remove solids and refrigerate for up to one week.


*Raspberry Syrup Recipe:

  • 6 oz Fresh Raspberries (1 clamshell)
  • 6 oz Water
  • 6 oz Granulated Sugar

Steep all ingredients together in a saucepan on low heat on low heat until sugar is dissolved. Strain and refrigerate.
