Ingredients
- 2 Oz Castle & Key Restoration Rye Whiskey
- 0.5 Oz Simple Syrup (50:50 water & sugar)
- 0.25 Oz Absinthe
- 1-2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice, stir, double strain neatly into a single rocks glass, complete with a twist of lemon.
