• 2 oz Castle & Key Restoration Rye Whiskey
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.25 oz Absinthe 
• 1-2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice, stir, double strain neatly into a single Rocks glass, complete with a twist of lemon.
