Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Restoration Rye Whiskey or Sacred Spring Vodka
- 5 oz Mulled Cider (can be served hot or cold)
- Garnish with lemon peel if cold or cinnamon stick if hot
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain off mulling spices and fruit. Refrigerate for up to one week.
Mulled Apple Cider Ingredients
- 1 gallon local apple cider
- 3 oz fresh ginger root (peeled and minced)
- Peels from one whole orange and lemon
- 12 cloves
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon dried turmeric root
